Ardexus regularly releases new versions of its software that contain new features and enhancements. The Support and Maintenance Program includes all new software releases at no additional charge.

Testing and Technical Assistance

  • Assistance with the creation and maintenance of a testing/sandbox environment for training or upgrade testing purposes

  • Maintenance of in-house copies of customer-specific customizations for trouble-shooting and support purposes

On-Going Version Support

  • Support for Ardexus MODE versions 4.3 and higher

On-Site Support Services

Ardexus also provides on-site support services in the event that a hands-on approach is needed. One of our support technicians will travel to your site and help resolve any technical issues you may be experiencing. On-site support services are billed at a standard hourly rate plus any travel expenses incurred.
