Chris Fales, co-CEO of Ardexus and Aideen Kearney, Senior Developer/Business Analyst present the Ardexus-Mitel Case Study at the 2nd Annual Cross Country Lotus User Group in Ottawa

Toronto, ON, May 4, 2010 - It has been a busy many weeks here at Ardexus, preparing for and presenting at the Cross Country Lotus User Group and participating in three Lotusphere Comes to You events.

Thanks to the many people who came to visit us at the LCTY partner pavilions in Markham and Montréal and helped keep the spirit of Lotusphere alive.

On April 22 at Lotusphere Comes to You in Markham, Chris Fales, Co-CEO of Ardeuxs Inc. and Aideen Kearney, Senior Developer/Business Analyst at Mitel Networks Corporation (pictured above) presented the Ardexus-Mitel Case Study: Mitel Upgrades from SalesForce.com to WebMode and Wins, which shows how Domino 8.5.1 is a great platform for web-based applications for companies of any size, regardless of which email package they use.

If you would like to see the slide-deck from the presentation, you may download it here: Leveraging Domino 8.5.1 for Web-based Applications (PDF).

This presentation detailed how Mitel Networks Corporation leveraged their Lotus Domino infrastructure by using WebMode as their browser-based CRM solution. This helped Mitel to merge with Intertel, a company they acquired that had 500 users on SalesForce.com's subscription CRM. Switching to WebMode enabled them to leave SalesForce.com's service and integrate the two companies within their existing Domino infrastructure, realizing significant cost-savings.

For more information, read the complete case study: Ardexus Case Study: Mitel Upgrades from SalesForce.com to WebMode and Wins.

Come and say hello tomorrow at the partner pavilion at the Ottawa Lotusphere Comes To You!
