One key component of the Ardexus Lotus Notes CRM implementation at Solidstate Controls was the field service solution. Solidstate's field service department is able to automate quoting and reporting, and take advantage of automated service tracking processes thanks to the Service CRM module of MODE, the Lotus Notes CRM suite from Ardexus Inc.
