Based in Toronto, Ardexus Inc. is the developer of Ardexus MODE and WebMODE CRM solutions as well as SalesWays Sales Cycle Manager on Demand. We are looking to hire an energetic individual, working under minimum supervision, to help us with the following:
- Assistance to the Support Tier 1
- Participate in web meetings with customers to troubleshoot errors and other issues
- Participate in web meetings to advise customers on the existing and potential features in Ardexus products
- Provide error correction in the form of the patch when requested
- Report on requested new features
- Maintain the communication record in the FAQ database
- Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users
- Re-design and re-development of the existing FAQ database to facilitate customers’ self help, Ardexus reporting and enhancing the performance
- Lotus Notes/Domino development and testing
- Perform expert analysis, design, development and implementation of our Domino-based CRM Notes client and web applications, including revision, repair, or expansion of existing code
- Read and write technical specifications from functional specifications
Perform unit testing on completed coding tasks and participate in other testing as required - Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
- Perform regression testing
