Options
To ensure easy and fast access to support, Ardexus provides the following support options:
Annual Support and Maintenance Contract
Our customers can purchase an annual Support and Maintenance Contract that provides them with the following support benefits:
- Telephone Support
- Electronic Support via E-mail
- Electronic Support via Website Discussion Forum
- Remote Troubleshooting and Administration (Optional)
Throughout the year, Ardexus will also release new versions of its software that contain new features and enhancements. Customers with a Support and Maintenance Contact will be provided with new software releases at no additional charge.
In order to safeguard their investment in software, the Support and Maintenance Contract entitles our customers to software upgrades and user support for a one-year period.
On-Site Support Services
In addition to the remote support options outlined, Ardexus also provides on-site support services for those situations where a hands-on approach is needed. One of our support technicians will travel to your site and help resolve any technical issues you may be experiencing. On-site support services are billed at a standard hourly rate plus any travel expenses incurred.
