SalesWays Awarded Patent on Sales Methodology
Mississauga, ON, June 6 , 2007 - Ardexus Inc., a premier provider of sales-centric customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, today announced that the sales methodology embedded in Ardexus CRM and licensed from SalesWays, has been awarded a U.S. patent as a method used for managing sales opportunities. The patent encompasses SalesWays methodology as featured in Dr. Keith T. Thompson’s Sales Automation Done Right, and covers the method and system by which sales cycles can be divided into their component parts and managed to ensure that salespeople handle their opportunities in the most efficient and effective manner.
The patented methodology from SalesWays underpins Ardexus’ CRM software applications, including the award-winning Lotus Notes-based Ardexus Mode suite, and Ardexus WebMode, the innovative web-based CRM tool, empowering small-to-medium sized enterprises worldwide.
