Ardexus Introduces Version 4.3 SP1 of Flagship Mode CRM Suite

Account Information screen, advanced forecasting, and more make Ardexus MODE the best solution for the small-to-mid market

Mississauga, ON – Monday, July 27 th, 2004 ─ Ardexus® Inc., premier providers of sales-centric customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, is introducing version 4.3 SP1 of the award-winning MODE CRM suite. With new features such as an Account Information screen, advanced forecasting, advanced proposal workflow capabilities, and zip code auto-assignment, Ardexus MODE provides greater functionality and continues to fulfill small-to-mid market CRM needs.

MODE is comprised of three main modules: FIND (marketing automation), TASC (sales automation), and CARE (service automation). All three modules work seamlessly together and contribute to a central customer information store, accessible from anywhere in the world, at any time. Rounding out MODE is MODE Panel – a GUI-based configuration tool used by administrators to configure the program, the MODE Web Client – a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool used by partners and other users to interface with the central MODE system over the internet, and CARE Lite – a build-your-own application used for specialized customer service and project management needs.

The latest version of MODE is also more configurable and user-friendly than ever. Many advanced configuration options have been added – including parent account designation, customizable probability values, additional custom field types, advanced proposal workflow functionality, and much more.
