Ardexus Introduces Version 2.0 Of Sales Cycle Manager
Software for Palm OS® and Windows® platforms make sales methodology tools accessible to all
Mississauga, ON – Friday, May 23 th, 2003 ─ Ardexus® Inc., premier providers of sales-centric customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, announced today that a new version of Sales Cycle Manager has officially been launched. Version 2.0 (for Windows® and Palm OS® environments) can be downloaded today directly from the internet at www.Ardexus.com, as well as other popular software sites.

Version 2.0 of Sales Cycle Manager boasts useful new features and productivity improvements:
- Exporting to Microsoft® Excel from Sales Cycle Manager, Windows Edition is now enhanced. Users are able to select exactly which fields are to be exported into Excel, and can save the export criteria for subsequent use.
- Multi-product functionality is now available. Users have the ability to include price lists for products and services. An automatic discount field has also been incorporated.
- Users are now able to set up multiple opportunities for the same contact without having to re-enter information.
- New toggles enhance forecasting functionality.
- Look and feel of Sales Cycle Manager, Palm Edition, has been refreshed, and Palm OS 5.0 is now supported.
Customers can invest in Sales Cycle Manager for as little as $19.95, which is a substantial reduction over the previous release. A 30 day free trial is also available.
Sales Cycle Manager’s sales automation functionality is based on the same methodology as the Ardexus flagship MODE Enterprise CRM Suite, which has garnered accolades by distinguished analysts such as ISM and the Aberdeen Group.
