Ardexus Introduces Version 4.0 Of Flagship MODE CRM Suite


All-new user interface, enhanced navigation, Lotus Notes® 6 support and more make MODE best solution for the small-to-mid market

Mississauga , ON – January 30th, 2003 – Ardexus® Inc., premier providers of sales-centric customer relationship management ( CRM) solutions, is introducing version 4.0 of the award-winning MODE CRM suite. New features such as Lotus Notes 6 support, Microsoft Outlook® integration, enhanced navigation, and a new user interface combine to make MODE 4.0 a first-class CRM suite that’s an ideal fit for the small-to-mid market.

MODE is comprised of three main modules: FIND (marketing automation), TASC (sales automation), and CARE (service automation). All three modules work seamlessly together and contribute to a central customer information store, accessible from anywhere in the world, at any time. Rounding out MODE are the MODE Panel – a GUI-based configuration tool used by administrators to configure the program, the MODE Web Client – a Partner Relationship Management ( PRM) tool used by partners and other users to interface with the central MODE system over the internet, and CARE Lite – a build-your-own application used for specialized customer service and project management needs.

The latest version of MODE is also more configurable and user-friendly than ever. Navigating around MODE’s different modules is seamless, and the contemporary colors enhance end-user experience. Additional new features include MS Outlook integration, Web client, “Next Step” technology, Proposal Configurator enhancements, new Organization Chart tool, and the introduction of MODE Panel.
