The sales methodology present in the Ardexus MODE CRM software package for Lotus Notes is based on SalesWays method presented by Dr. Keith T. Thompson in his book, Sales Automation Done Right. This methodology has been refined with over a decade of testing and proven successful in a host of different markets.
