Ardexus is currently looking to hire an energetic individual with strong problem solving ability and excellent communication skills to act as the primary technical support representative at its Mississauga headquarters. As a member of the Ardexus team you will be working in a fast paced team environment to support software applications for the business world. Qualified candidates will have experience in providing software technical support to external customers, along with programming experience with a structured programming language.
Qualifications
- Experience providing software technical support
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Programming experience with a structured programming language
Desired Skills
- Experience using Lotus Notes R6 and/or Lotus Notes R7
- Experience in Lotus Notes development
- Hardware troubleshooting and support experience
- Knowledge of CRM software
