Ardexus is seeking a multi-talented individual to fulfill the role of CRM Consultant. This role is adaptable to the skill set that the individual offers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Generation: Work strong leads and opportunities to successful conclusion, using major account selling skills. Leads may be referrals, web-site generated, or from partners.
Account Management: Take care of the customer after the initial sale. Build and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strong referrals, while driving revenue and expanding software use and functionality within the existing accounts.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Technical Knowledge/Capability - strong grasp of technology as it applies to business
- Complex sales experience
- Comfortable dealing with C-level executives
- In depth knowledge of front-office business processes - including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service (include field service)
- Knowledge of the (US-defined) small to midmarket space
- Lotus Notes experience an asset
- Motivated to achieve business success and reap financial rewards
